Caravan to Alaska

A night-before-crossing meet-up in Alaska at a campground with amazing views.

In-Person Meet Up

Lead vehicle traveling with a Garmin InReach for critical communication (if necessary) via satellite.

Satellite Radio Support

In-Caravan Communication

Route planning and pacing for an enjoyable 10-day/9-night drive south on the ALCAN. A different trip than the northbound caravan, our return ticket sees equally beautiful and remote terrain.

Route Planning

All site fees. Eight overnights at private RV parks with many amenities (hookups, laundry, showers, cafes). One overnight at a primitive recreational area in Alaska.

All Campsite Fees

In places vetted for comfort, beauty, and safety, as well as strategically located for re-stocking in far-flung cities.

Overnight Stop Selection

Over coffee or a campfire, we'll circle up and go over our daily itinerary, as well as chat about all things we've enjoyed along the way: the geography, culture, attractions, and safety.

$1549 per rig to include driver plus one passenger.  Joining Caravan to Alaska will save you many - many - hours of research for both the drive to and time spent in Alaska, as well as the way home. It will also provide a safe and fun community with which to travel.  As a former resident and now owner/operator of a summer tourism business in Alaska, I’ve traveled extensively in Alaska and western Canada. My passport and I have trailered an RV past border officers more times than I can count. Your Caravan to Alaska fee covers one to two people traveling together in one RV. Additional travelers in the same RV are welcomed with a fee. Please select how many people will be traveling with you beyond the one to two guests covered in the base fee.
